The service

deQ Chatbot provides an AI chatbot that answers your website's visitors from your website and the documents you give us. A licence covers the period shown in your account; the chatbot answers visitors only while a licence is active.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you may let us read the websites you list and the documents you upload, and that they contain nothing unlawful, and you keep your sign-in details safe. Each chatbot has a daily question limit to prevent abuse.

Answers

The chatbot answers only from your information and refers visitors to your contacts otherwise. It can still misread a page; check important information on your website, and review conversations in your dashboard.

Fees

Licences are prepaid: ₹1,000 for one month or ₹10,000 for twelve months, or as agreed in writing. Document processing is optional and paid in prepaid credits at the price shown before processing. See the cancellation and refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to mislead people, to collect personal data unlawfully, or to overload or attack it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you by email before material changes take effect.
