Our customers

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and your organisation's details (name, logo, contact person, phone, address, websites and support contacts). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive the payment status and reference, never your card or bank details.

Your knowledge base

We read the websites you list and the documents you upload so your chatbot can answer from them. Documents are stored privately and used only for your chatbot. Delete a website or document and the chatbot forgets it.

Your website's visitors

The chatbot stores the questions visitors ask and its answers so you can read them, together with the page they were on, their browser type and a one-way hash of their IP address (used only to stop abuse). Visitors are not asked for their name. To generate answers, questions are processed by the AI service providers we use, under agreements that do not let them use the data for their own purposes.

Your rights

We never sell data. Contact us to get a copy of what we hold or to delete your account and your visitors' conversations.
