Cancellation and refund policy

Licences

Licences are prepaid for one or twelve months and do not renew automatically. You can stop at any time by not renewing; the chatbot keeps working until the end of the paid period. If you were charged by mistake, or cancel within 7 days of your first payment before the chatbot is installed on your site, we refund the full amount.

Document credits

Unused credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits spent on a document are not refunded once the document has been processed. If processing fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through the contact form with your payment reference. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery

deQ Chatbot is an online service; nothing is shipped. Your chatbot link works as soon as your payment is confirmed.
